I´ll be emailing in 45 minutes but can you guys send me a recipe to make some taco sauce. We are making tacos tonight and I need to know how to make some sauce or the meat.

Letters can be sent (free of charge) through http://www.dearelder.com/ Just click on the "Select Mission" drop-down menu on the right hand side of the website, and choose 'Argentina Buenos Aires West' then click the 'Write a Letter' button underneath the drop-down menu. You may set up an account if you wish, but it is not necessary. Mail Packages and Air Mail

Use United States Postal Service (USPS) to send packages and airmail. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PACKAGES BY PRIVATE CARRIER such as DHL, UPS, Fedex as the duty is absurdly high on these packages and typically will not even be delivered.

Packages that weight less than 1 kilogram (2.2 lbs.) or that are considered “small packet” tend to arrive more quickly and cost less for the missionary to receive.

Address to send Packages and Letters directly:

The mission office is having a lot of trouble getting packages from the Aduana (Customs Officials).

Any package that looks like it came from the United States, for example:

is going straight to the Aduana. The mission office then has to send missionaries there to pick them up.

It takes about half a day,

AND they charge the missionaries for them,

AND the charge increases everyday that the packages are not picked up,

So, you see the problem.

The mission office is therefore requesting:

BROWN PAPER PACKAGES. Please try to limit the number of packages sent to 3-4 per year. They seem to come through faster if they have religious symbols or stickers on them. But they still take about a month to get here from the United States.
